1. Short title, extent and commencement :
(1) This Act may be called “National Parks and Wildlife Conservation Act, (2029)”.
(2) This Act shall be applicable throughout Nepal.
(3) This Act shall come into force on such a date as prescribed by Government of Nepal publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.♥
